I will not be providing guidance on acclimation. I recommend having a warm \u0026amp; humid enviroment.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eReplacements are provided \u003cb\u003eonly if the plant is DOA (Dead on Arrival).\u003c\/b\u003e DOA means the plant is completely non-viable and cannot be rehabilitated.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eif there are any plants only showing as unacclimated but you would prefer to have it acclimated - please reach out to me! Some stress is normal and part of the risk with imports. I take great care during the process, and if a plant declines severely, I assess case by case and may offer a replacement if necessary. Price differences between unacclimated and acclimated take into account this risk.
