Platycerium elephantotis A - AS IS

Cosmetic damage but active new growth

Needs to be mounted on plank with moss. 

Care: 

Light: Prefers bright to medium indirect light.

Humidity: Okay in most humidity levels. Would be happiest in medium to higher humidity. 

Watering: Let soil/moss mostly dry between waterings. Can dunk moss in water. Try not to get horns wet. Do not let moss get super dry.   

Feeding: Fertilize every watering in spring and summer.
