Thank you for participating in our upcoming import preorder. Please read all details carefully before submitting your order.

Order Deadline: February 14
All Sales Are Final. No refunds. Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA.

All prices include international shipping and duties to Canada. Local taxes applied at check out.
Domestic shipping (within Canada) is additional.
Some plants are limited in quantity.
Photos are EXAMPLES unless stated.
DISCOUNT CODES ARE NOT TO BE APPLIED TO PREORDERS. THEY WILL BE CANCELLED.

Import shipment is expected to arrive near the end of February or early March.

Plants will ship the Monday or Tuesday following arrival.
Domestic shipping fees apply.
Plants are sold in their imported condition and may show signs of shipping stress.
Customer assumes responsibility for post-import acclimation and care. I will not be providing guidance on acclimation. I recommend having a warm & humid enviroment.
Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA (Dead on Arrival). DOA means the plant is completely non-viable and cannot be rehabilitated.

Plants will be professionally acclimated upon arrival.
Acclimation period is approximately 4–6 weeks.
Customers will be contacted once plants are ready for pickup or shipping.
Domestic shipping fees apply.
Plant appearance may change in acclimation. This does not warrant a refund or discount.
