🌿 Import Preorder Information

Thank you for participating in our upcoming import preorder from Indonesia!

Preorder will close JUNE 8th. Our goal is to have the plants arrive around June 11/12 and ship out the following week.

If there are any plants listed only as “unacclimated” that you would prefer to purchase as “acclimated”, please contact me and I can adjust the listing for you.

Acclimation fees are typically 20–30% of the plant price (minimum $10), depending on the difficulty and risk level of acclimation, as well as how slow-growing the plant is.

IMPORTS ARE SET TO ARRIVE TBD - approx JUNE 11/12. Unacclimated preorders will ship the following Monday/Tuesday.
All Sales Are Final. No refunds. Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA.

💲 Pricing

All prices include international shipping and duties to Canada. Local taxes applied at check out.
Domestic shipping (within Canada) is additional.
If you are interested in both acclimated and unacclimated plants, two separate orders must be placed to account for the different shipping fees, as they ship at different times.
Some plants are limited in quantity.
Photos are EXAMPLES unless stated. This means they will be a similar size and/or variegation shown in photo.
DISCOUNT CODES ARE NOT TO BE APPLIED TO PREORDERS. THEY WILL BE CANCELLED.

📦 Shipment Timeline

Import shipment is expected to arrive approximately June 11/12.

🌱 Unacclimated Plants

Plants will ship the following arrival. They will ship bare root wrapped in tissue or moss depending on export location
Domestic shipping fees apply.
Plants are sold in their imported condition and may show signs of shipping stress.
Customer assumes responsibility for post-import acclimation and care. I will not be providing guidance on acclimation. I recommend having a warm & humid enviroment.
Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA (Dead on Arrival). DOA means the plant is completely non-viable and cannot be rehabilitated.
if there are any plants only showing as unacclimated but you would prefer to have it acclimated - please reach out to me! This is possible it will just be a slight increase in price

🌿 Acclimated Preorder Plants

Plants will be professionally acclimated upon arrival.
plant will be grown in moss unless requested otherwise. Poles are not included
Acclimation period is approximately 4–6 weeks.
Customers will be contacted once plants are ready for pickup or shipping.
Domestic shipping fees apply.
Plant appearance may change in acclimation. This does not warrant a refund or discount.
Acclimation can be challenging since plants are adjusting to a completely new environment. Some stress is normal and part of the risk with imports. I take great care during the process, and if a plant declines severely, I assess case by case and may offer a replacement if necessary. Price differences between unacclimated and acclimated take into account this risk. Riskier plants may cost more to acclimate.
