🌿 Import Preorder Information

Thank you for participating in our upcoming import preorder.


Our Indonesia import arrival has been pushed to Friday Feb 27th, which means all preorder shipments are now planned for Monday March 2nd depending on weather.

Baby Watch Update 🤍

We are officially on baby watch, and our son is expected to arrive sometime within the next 1–3 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing new orders or if you have pending held orders, as there may be an additional shipping delay of up to 1 week depending on his arrival.

 

📅 Important Dates

  • IMPORTS ARE SET TO ARRIVE FEB 24th. Unacclimated preorders will ship the 25th if possible and weather is appropriate. otherwise they will ship March 2nd/3rd.
  • All Sales Are Final. No refunds. Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA.

💲 Pricing

  • All prices include international shipping and duties to Canada. Local taxes applied at check out.
  • Domestic shipping (within Canada) is additional.
  • Some plants are limited in quantity.
  • Photos are EXAMPLES unless stated.
  • DISCOUNT CODES ARE NOT TO BE APPLIED TO PREORDERS. THEY WILL BE CANCELLED.

📦 Shipment Timeline

  • Import shipment is expected to arrive near the end of February or early March.

🌱 Unacclimated Plants

  • Plants will ship the following arrival. They will ship bare root wrapped in tissue or moss depending on export location
  • Domestic shipping fees apply.
  • Plants are sold in their imported condition and may show signs of shipping stress.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for post-import acclimation and care. I will not be providing guidance on acclimation. I recommend having a warm & humid enviroment.
  • Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA (Dead on Arrival). DOA means the plant is completely non-viable and cannot be rehabilitated.
  • if there are any plants only showing as unacclimated but you would prefer to have it acclimated - please reach out to me! This is possible it will just be a slight increase in price

🌿 Acclimated Preorder Plants

  • Plants will be professionally acclimated upon arrival.
  • plant will be grown in moss unless requested otherwise
  • Acclimation period is approximately 4–6 weeks.
  • Customers will be contacted once plants are ready for pickup or shipping.
  • Domestic shipping fees apply.
  • Plant appearance may change in acclimation. This does not warrant a refund or discount.

  • Acclimation can be challenging since plants are adjusting to a completely new environment. Some stress is normal and part of the risk with imports. I take great care during the process, and if a plant declines severely, I assess case by case and may offer a replacement if necessary.
