Shipping & Preorder Update 📦
Due to the weather, all orders will be held and shipped on Wednesday this week to ensure safe transit.
Our Indonesia import arrival has been pushed to Tuesday, which means all preorder shipments are now planned for Wednesday, as long as the Thailand import still arrives Tuesday night as scheduled. I will have confirmation by Tuesday morning and will send shipping confirmation emails to everyone with preorders.
If you would prefer your order to be held and shipped the week of Monday, March 2nd, please send me a message and I’m happy to arrange that.
Baby Watch Update 🤍
We are officially on baby watch, and our son is expected to arrive sometime within the next 1–3 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing new orders or if you have pending held orders, as there may be an additional shipping delay of up to 1 week depending on his arrival.

📦 Shipment Timeline
- IMPORTS ARE SET TO ARRIVE FEB 24th. Unacclimated preorders will ship the 25th if possible and weather is appropriate. Otherwise they will ship March 2nd.
🌱 Unacclimated Plants
- Domestic shipping fees apply.
- Plants are sold in their imported condition and may show signs of shipping stress.
- Customer assumes responsibility for post-import acclimation and care. I will not be providing guidance on acclimation.
- Replacements are provided only if the plant is DOA (Dead on Arrival). DOA means the plant is completely non-viable and cannot be rehabilitated.
🌿 Acclimated Preorder Plants
- Plants will be professionally acclimated upon arrival.
- Acclimation period is approximately 4–6 weeks.
- Customers will be contacted once plants are ready for pickup or shipping.
- Domestic shipping fees apply.
- Plant appearance may change in acclimation. This does not warrant a refund or discount.

SHIPPING update: Winter shipping has begun!
Winter Packing ❄️
Every plant is carefully prepped to handle winter travel. Each one is individually wrapped with polyfil and protective paper to cushion leaves. They are then secured in a box lined with thermal insulation. We use foam packing peanuts to eliminate any empty space, add a heat pack and seal everything before shipping express with UPS or Purolator.
All orders include heat pack. Additional heat packs can be purchased for an additional fee through the listing on our website. This is recommended if order is extremely large.
