All preorders have shipped! All have been sent with 1 day shipping but unfortunately it looks like there might be some delays this week. Please keep an eye on tracking. Once plants are received please unpack them, hydrate roots in water or damp moss and keep in a warm humid environment.

We are officially on baby watch, and our son is expected to arrive in the month of march. Please keep this in mind when placing new orders or if you have pending held orders, as there may be an additional shipping delay of up to 1 week depending on his arrival.

SHIPPING update: Winter shipping has begun!
Winter Packing ❄️
Every plant is carefully prepped to handle winter travel. Each one is individually wrapped with polyfil and protective paper to cushion leaves. They are then secured in a box lined with thermal insulation. We use foam packing peanuts to eliminate any empty space, add a heat pack and seal everything before shipping express with UPS or Purolator.
All orders include heat pack. Additional heat packs can be purchased for an additional fee through the listing on our website. This is recommended if order is extremely large.
